- These terms and conditions set out the terms of use of the Ultimate Member plugin demonstration function (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
- Users (defined in Article 2) must agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy posted separately before using the Service.

- Please do not enter your real name or confidential information. Your registration information and posted content will be deleted regularly within 30 days, so your data will not be preserved.
- Minors (under 16 years of age) must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before registering.
Article 4 (Handling of Personal Information)
The collection, use, and storage period of personal information shall be in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” separately stipulated.
Article 5 (Preparation of Usage Environment)
- This site is a demonstration environment and is subject to function shutdown, data initialization, URL change, etc. without notice.
- Users shall maintain the necessary device and communication environment at their own responsibility and expense.
Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts
- Acts contrary to laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Criminal acts or acts that encourage the commission of crimes by third parties

- Spam submissions, excessive continuous access, unauthorized access to the system
- Vulnerability research, decompilation, and modification of UM plugins and WordPress
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this site, or other acts that the administrator deems inappropriate.
Article 7 (Account Management and Deletion)
- You are responsible for keeping your password strictly confidential. This site is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of a third party.
- Users may delete their account at any time from the profile screen. Registered information will be completely deleted within 30 days after deletion.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights, etc.)
- The copyright of the contents (text, images, codes, etc.) on this site belongs to this site or third parties who have legitimate rights.

- The same shall apply to damages caused by failure of mail delivery via external services (e.g. SendGrid) or use of external links.
Article 10 (Suspension or Termination of Service)
- The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate all or part of this service without notice due to server maintenance, system failure, or other operational reasons.
- The Site shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the user as a result of the preceding paragraph.
Article 11 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)
- The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The revised Terms and Conditions will become effective upon posting on the Site.
- In the event of a material change, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after notification by the user shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the change.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)
- The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes arising from the Service.
